I have a high standard for my clients and candidates and have a general rule for employers, “If I wouldn’t hire them, I won’t recommend them.” The candidates are just as important to me, and I often go to the effort of fully understanding what my candidates aim to achieve in their careers and evaluating if they have the skills to succeed in their aspirations before presenting them with suitable opportunities. I take a much more personal approach than other recruitment agencies and job boards, and I often meet my clients and candidates in person, as most of my clients become candidates, and my candidates become clients. In this way, I can operate successfully with a small but strong network.
